The mixer is designed for mixing bulk products (coffee, buckwheat, peanuts, pistachios, nuts) with salt or flavor solutions. It can be used as part of automated lines or as an independent device for preparing raw materials for roasting or drying.
The equipment consists of a solid frame on which a storage tank (barrel) is fixed.
This equipment is optimal for mixing various products, due to the trajectory of the mixture inside the tank (barrel), achieved using the calculated angle of attachment of the tank (barrel) to the rotation shaft. This allows you to get rid of blades and paddles inside the tank (barrel), thereby eliminating places where the product accumulates.
The prepared (cleaned and washed) raw materials are poured into the container (barrel) through the neck, after which the saline solution of the required consistency (selected individually for each product) is poured into the container. Then the neck is closed with a lid and a locking device. The lid has a rubber seal and hermetically seals the container, eliminating leaks during the operation of the mixer.
When the “Start” button is pressed, the electric drive begins to rotate the container (barrel) in a vertical plane. The operation of the mixer is based on the “drunk barrel” principle, i.e. when the barrel rotates, due to the tilt of its vertical axis relative to the plane of rotation, the raw materials move inside along a trajectory in the form of the figure “8”. This achieves maximum efficiency in mixing raw materials with saline solution – the mixture hits the walls of the barrel at different angles, scatters, changes directions of movement and mixes with oncoming flows of the mixture.
The mixer operating time is determined by the operator – to stop, press the “Stop” button. After that, you need to open the lid of the container and, tilting the neck of the barrel, pour out (dump) its contents.
The mixer is designed for mixing bulk products both with each other and with various solutions. In most cases, it is used to prepare bulk products such as seeds, nuts, peanuts, pistachios for frying, by mixing them with a water-salt solution. Mixing spices and components of food colors is also common. It can also be used for non-food products.

This equipment is available in one model SPB-1, with modifications by tank volume (180 and 280 liters).
