Destoner (stone separator) is a device designed to separate coffee beans from stones, metal inclusions and other foreign impurities using an air flow.

Destoner uses air to separate these particles and at the output you get coffee that is free of any impurities.

Destoner is an important part of the process of creating your unique freshly roasted single-origin coffee or blend. Green coffee very often contains foreign impurities, such as stones, metal, etc. When they get into the millstones of an industrial mill or home coffee grinder, they will break the grinding mechanism, which can negatively affect your reputation as a coffee supplier.

Due to the presence of a hopper with a valve, the destoner can be used as a storage for coffee.
