Vibrating sieve with aspiration for sorting walnuts (300 kg/h)

The vibrating sieve is designed for sorting the walnut kernel by fractions (sizes) – halves, quarters, eight kernels and crumbs, and at the same time separating the kernel from the shell, partitions and debris. The unit is used in industrial production and processing shops for high-quality and fast sorting of walnuts in large volumes.

Benefits of vibrating sieve with aspiration for sorting walnuts:

  • Saves time and sorts large volumes of split nuts in a short period of time (up to 300 kg/h).
  • Performs up to 80% of all sorting and separation of the kernel from the shell.
  • Ensures the smooth operation of production.
  • Reduces the cost of hiring workers – one operator is needed to operate the equipment.
  • The platform vibrator provides a constant supply of nuts from the hopper without manual intervention.
  • Sorting by fractions increases the cost of the nut kernel on the market.
  • Warranty and post-warranty service.

Principle of operation: the walnut is poured into the bunker, then, with the help of vibrofeed, it is fed to sieves with holes of different sizes. In the process of vibration, the nut falls into the holes corresponding to its size, foreign small particles and the shell are blown into a separate compartment by air flow.

Vibrating sieve components:

  1. Bunker with sides, on which the vibrator is placed.
  2. Sieves with holes.
  3. Output trays under 5 sizes. The output of the fifth fraction is placed under the body of the vibrating sieve.
  4. The vibrating sieve can be additionally equipped with sieves with holes for other crops (hazelnuts, peas, beans, sunflower seeds, pumpkins, etc.).
