The vibrating sieve with aspiration is designed to sift out shells, partitions and dust from the nut kernel and sort the kernel by fractions (sizes) – 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, crumbs and undercracks. The vibrating sieve with aspiration is used for high-quality and fast sorting of nuts in large volumes. The unit is used in industrial production and processing shops.
Advantages of the vibrating sieve with aspiration:
- Saves time and allows you to reduce the manual cleaning and sorting process by 80% (depending on the quality of the nut).
- The optimal performance of the unit allows you to work continuously with any nut cracker.
- The presence of a vibration feed ensures a constant supply of nuts from the hopper without manual intervention.
- Replaces two separate units – simultaneously sorts the kernel by size and removes the shell, partitions and debris.
- Sorting by fractions increases the value of the nut kernel on the sales market.
- Automatic nut sorting reduces labor costs.
Operating principle: walnuts are poured into a bin, then, using a vibration feed, they are fed to sieves with holes of different sizes. During vibration, the nut falls into the holes corresponding to its size. At the same time, foreign small particles, partitions and shells are blown out into a separate compartment by an air flow.
The vibrating sieve can be additionally equipped with:
- Frequency converter (allows you to control the speed of nut feeding from the bin)
- Sieves with holes for other agricultural crops (hazelnuts, peas, beans, sunflower seeds, pumpkins, snails, etc.).
