Vibrating sieve for sorting walnut kernels (200 kg/h)

The vibrating sieve is designed for quick and high-quality sorting of walnuts into fractions (sizes) – halves, quarters, eighths and kernel crumbs. The unit is used in industrial production and in processing shops for sorting large volumes of kernels or split walnuts with subsequent separation of the kernel from the shell in an aspiration column.

Benefits of the walnut kernel vibrating screen:

  • Time saving and high productivity – sorts large volumes of kernels in a short time.
  • Saves money on hiring workers – one person can handle the equipment.
  • Convenience – vibratory feeding provides a constant supply of nuts from the hopper without manual intervention.
  • Increases income – sorting into fractions increases the value of the kernel on the market.
  • Versatility – the sieve can be ordered according to individual sizes.

Principle of operation: the walnut is poured into the hopper, by means of a vibrating feed, the walnut is fed to a sieve with holes of different sizes. In the process of vibration, the walnut falls into holes corresponding to its size and is sent to unloading containers. As a result, you get a sorted kernel into ½, ¼, 1/8 and undershoot (when sorting a cracked nut).

The vibrating sieve can be additionally equipped with sieves with holes for other crops (hazelnuts, peas, beans, sunflower seeds, pumpkins, etc.).
