Vibrating sieve for walnut kernel sorting (1000 kg/h)
The vibrating sieve is designed for sorting walnuts by fractions (sizes) – halves, quarters, eighths and kernel crumbs. The vibrating sieve is used in industrial production for quick sorting of large volumes of walnut kernels.
Benefits of vibrating sieve for walnut kernel:
- Saving time and high productivity – sorts large volumes of walnut kernels in a short time (up to 1000 kg per hour).
- Reduces the cost of hiring workers – one person can handle the equipment.
- Convenience – the site vibrator provides a constant supply of the nut kernel from the hopper without manual intervention.
- Plus to the price of the nut – sorting by fractions increases the cost of the nut kernel on the market.
- Versatility – the sieve can be ordered in individual sizes.
Principle of operation: the walnut kernel is poured into the bunker, then, with the help of vibration feed, the kernel is fed to a sieve with holes of different sizes. During the vibration process, the kernel falls into holes corresponding to its size.
The vibrating sieve can be additionally equipped with: sieves with holes for other crops (hazelnuts, peas, beans, sunflower seeds, pumpkins, etc.).
