The components are mixed by counter-moving multi-directional flows (four multi-directional flows). In addition, the reverse rotation of the ribbon auger is provided, i.e. all 4 flows change their direction. Due to this, high-quality uniform mixing is achieved in a short time (2-10 minutes).
The mixer is equipped with a programmer, which sets the rotation cycle of the ribbon auger (at a specified time, the ribbon auger rotates in one direction, pauses and rotates in the other direction), in addition, the total mixing time is set. If necessary, a high-speed turbine for breaking up lumps is autonomously started from the control panel.
Our company has developed a unique system for uniform, dosed injection by spraying (fogging) of various liquid components, such as oil, dyes, flavors, concentrates. The degree of spraying and dosage are smoothly adjusted.
In the basic configuration, the mixers are equipped with a discharge sector valve, which can be used to regulate the flow of the mixed product into a bag or other container. During the unloading process, the discharge sector valve can be opened and closed without stopping the mixer.
