The oven for frying seeds is a rotating drum with the ability to pour the product into it, under which there is a system of gas burners.

The capacity of the device for frying seeds for wet seeds is 30 kg per hour.

The sequence of work when frying seeds:

• We throw back the latches fixing the cover of the stainless steel cylinder, which is the chamber in which the drying and frying process takes place. We pour the seed from the bag inside.
• We turn on the electric drive of the drum rotation, after that we light the burner.
• The fryer easily works on any type of gas: propane or natural gas. To switch from one type of gas to another, you can easily change two jets (the diameter of the nozzle through which the gas goes changes).
• Approximately after 10-15 minutes, steam will come out of the side holes, which smells like raw seeds. After about 40 minutes, this steam will decrease and the smell of fried seeds will appear. After this, fry for another 5-7 minutes.
• The total time for frying seeds is 50-60 minutes.
• Turn off the gas, unfasten the burners and unload the seeds into the container under the fryer. Unloading occurs automatically, you just need to open the lid of the fryer and press the drive button, one full rotation of the drum will occur and the seed will pour out into the container under the fryer.
• After this, the seed must be cooled. To cool the fried seed and clean the seed from natural carbon deposits, we recommend that you use a seed cleaner-cooler. After cooling on it, the seed can be packed on a semi-automatic packaging machine with a volumetric dispenser for packing seeds or a semi-automatic packaging machine with a weighing dispenser for packing bulk.

In practice, the same volume of seeds is fried for the same amount of time, with the same humidity. So everything happens very simply.
