A gear ring is installed between the spur discs for self-cleaning of the working bodies due to the oscillatory rotation of the gear ring.<\/p>\n<p>After the passage, the soil is characterized by a crumbly structure and prevents the formation of a surface crust.<\/p>\n<p>The roller is suitable for heavy to medium-heavy soils.<\/p>\n<h3>Soil compaction is an indispensable tool for conservation agriculture to increase yields.<\/h3>\n<p>Working width 9.2 m, roller weight 3400 kg, equipped with spur discs made of steel with a diameter of 520 mm and gear rings with a diameter of 530 mm made of cast iron, aggregated with class 1.4 tractors.<\/p>\n<p>The use of a combination of two working bodies&nbsp;<em>\u2013&nbsp;<strong>an annular-spur disk \u0424520 and a ring of a gear KPC \u0424530<\/strong><\/em> made it possible to make the roller a universal and highly efficient unit due to:<\/p ><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; finer grinding of clods of earth.
