It allows for length adjustment within a defined range (in accordance with the technical specifications).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Package contents<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Consists of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Frame (1);<\/li>\n<li>Roll holder with pneumatic clamping (2);<\/li>\n<li>Unwinding shaft (3);<\/li>\n<li>Pulling roller unit (4);<\/li>\n<li>Loop compensation system (5);<\/li>\n<li>Clamping and cutting unit (6);<\/li>\n<li>Control unit with workpiece length measuring device (7);<\/li>\n<li>Discharge table\/chute (8).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The unit consists of a floor-standing frame structure (1) that incorporates the following components: a roll holder with a pneumatic clamping mechanism (2), an unwinding shaft (3), a set of feed rollers (4), a loop compensation system (5), a clamping and cutting unit (6), a control unit (7) equipped with a length-measuring device, and a discharge table\/chute (8) for retrieving the processed material.<\/p>\n<p>A roll of material is placed into the roll holder (1) and pressed against the unwinding shaft (3) by a pneumatic actuator. The material from the roll passes through the loop compensation system (5) and the feed rollers (4), then advances onto the discharge table\/chute (8).<\/p>\n<p>The feed rollers (4) advance the material to the required length, while the clamping unit (6) secures the material and performs the cut.
