The calibrator<\/strong> is equipment for quick sorting of unpeeled nuts by size. Thanks to its flexible settings, it is ideal for calibrating walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds and even snails. Calibration of nuts is mainly necessary at medium and large enterprises for their high-quality processing on industrial nut crackers.<\/p>\n

The calibrator<\/strong> is equipped with 4 rotating shafts, the gaps between which can be adjusted independently depending on the size of the nut (from 1.5 cm to 6 cm). Using a nut of the same size, less time is spent on adjusting the nut cracker, and the percentage of whole kernel output is higher.<\/p>\n

Advantages of the linear calibrator:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nUniversality – easily adjusts to the size of walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, snails, shells, etc.;
\nEasy to work with – can be controlled by just one person;
\nIncreases the value of calibrated nuts on the market;
\nIndispensable for nutcrackers that require preliminary nut calibration.<\/p>\n

The operating principle is simple<\/strong>: the required gap sizes between the shafts are set, a container for unloading the nut is placed, the nut is poured into the calibrator hopper (the hopper capacity is 50 kg). During operation, the nut moves between the shafts until the width of the hole matches the size of the nut, then it falls through and is sent to the unloading container.<\/p>\n
