Each shaft of the mixer has four counter flows, in addition, two shafts with ribbon augers perform three-dimensional movement of the entire mixture. Additionally, due to the multidirectional turns of the ribbon auger in the upper area of \u200b\u200bthe intersection of two mixing circuits, an intensive exchange of materials occurs. This design allows for high-quality and very fast achievement of high homogeneity of mixing. The mixing time of the product is no more than 5 minutes. The mixer provides for reverse rotation of two mixers, the control panel sets the rotation time of the mixers in one and the opposite direction, in addition, the total time of one mixing cycle is set.<\/p>\n

The product is loaded through the upper hinged lid. Unloading through the lower hatches, which are opened using pneumatic cylinders. All parts in contact with the product are made of food grade stainless steel. Proven, high-quality drives from well-known companies are used.<\/p>\n

The mixing chamber of the mixer is sealed, the loading lid is rubberized, a vent with a filter cloth is provided in the mixer lid.<\/p>\n

Having extensive experience in manufacturing bulk product mixers, our specialists have developed an effective three-level sealing system that prevents dust from getting between the shaft and the mixer body.<\/p>\n

A two-shaft batch mixer can be equipped with a liquid or thick component injection system. Injection occurs through nozzles using a micro-spray method (fog). The degree of spraying can be adjusted.<\/p>\n

If necessary, a two-shaft batch mixer can be equipped with a frequency converter, with which you can smoothly set the rotation speed of the mixers.<\/p>\n
