Installing rings of spur KKSH F460 made of cast iron <\/em><\/strong>in rollers with a grip width of 9.2 m made it possible to make it a highly efficient unit due to:<\/p>\n – elimination of the effect of the “ridge” of the earth;<\/p>\n <\/p>\n – denser rolling of the soil due to an increase in the mass of the roller;<\/p>\n – more complete crushing of heavy lumps of earth.<\/p>\n During the production of the rink, structural changes aimed at increasing reliability and durability were implemented:<\/p>\n -adjustment of the axial clearances of the working bodies without disassembling the bearing assembly;<\/p>\n -strengthening of the frame in highly loaded nodes;<\/p>\n -increasing the rigidity of the rink structure due to stretch marks;<\/p>\n -increasing the rigidity of the roller in the transport position due to the screed;<\/p>\n – use of a wheel hub made of high-strength \u0412\u0427-50 cast iron;<\/p>\n – fixing the bearing housing to the frame with four bolts;<\/p>\n -use of quick-release connections;<\/p>\n -application of the improved design of the hinged frame assembly.<\/p>\n The skating rink passed field tests on the lands of the “Renaissance” PSP.
