Soil rolling is a mandatory tool of resource-saving agriculture to increase productivity<\/h3>\n

After passing through the roller, the soil is characterized by a loose structure and prevents the formation of a surface crust. Discs effectively break up clods without clogging due to soil sticking. After the passage, the soil becomes well fragmented. It has increased penetrating ability and pressure on the soil and at the same time provides high-quality mulching of the soil surface.<\/p>\n

Ideal for pre-sowing, post-sowing and eastern rolling, while compacting the lower horizons of the soil as actively as possible, without mixing and does not bring moisture to the surface.<\/p>\n

High quality performance of the technological process is achieved with optimal soil moisture.<\/p>\n

Soil rolling is a mandatory tool of resource-saving agriculture to increase productivity.<\/h3>\n

The rink is equipped with steel spur discs with a diameter of 520 mm as a working body.<\/p>\n

The rink was created on the basis of the design of the KZK-6P roller, which has proven itself well.<\/p>\n

During the production of the rink, structural changes aimed at increasing reliability and durability were implemented:<\/p>\n

– adjusting the axial clearances of the working bodies without disassembling the bearing assembly;<\/p>\n

– strengthening of the frame in highly loaded nodes;<\/p>\n

– increasing the rigidity of the rink structure due to the installation of stretch marks;<\/p>\n

– use of quick-release connections;<\/p>\n

– application of the improved design of the hinged frame assembly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
