The dryer is designed for drying inshell nuts – walnuts, hazelnuts, and almonds. Drying is necessary after harvesting, washing, or peeling from the pericarp. Drying a walnut is a necessary step in the nut business because the quality of the kernel and the shelf life of the nut in the shell depend on it.

Principle of operation: the nut is poured into the bunker and the drying mode is switched on. Dried walnuts can be unloaded into bags or boxes.
