Inside the working tank there is a paddle mixer, which provides uniform and high-quality mixing.
The product is loaded through a hinged lid. For complete unloading of the product and cleaning of the working tank, the mixer design provides for the presence of a tilt. If the product is sufficiently fluid, unloading can be carried out through the product drain pipe at the bottom of the tank.

The mixer is equipped with a jacket for heating the product. All parts of the mixer in contact with the product are made of food grade stainless steel.
Features:
The maximum heating temperature of the product, depending on the coolant (water, oil, steam) can be 95; 120; 140 degrees C.
