Technical characteristics

special devices designed for harvesting small-seeded agricultural crops. They are used to process the header of a grain harvester. A schumacher (Germany) cutting device is installed. The drive of the scythe is carried out by a reliable planetary mechanism, thanks to which it was possible to achieve a rectilinear movement of the knife, thus preventing beating and vibration, which has a destructive effect on the harvester.

• the device consists of a main table, side walls (left and right) on which a cutting device with a hydraulic motor, Schumacher-type gearboxes and a mechanism for attaching the device to the harvester are installed;
• scythe drive – planetary;

• planetary drive of the cutting device provides a better cut of the mass, due to an increase in the number of double strokes of the knife;
• the use of a planetary drive eliminates the bending of the knife head;
• relatively low weight ensures a reduction in fuel consumption and increases work productivity;
• elimination of vibrations of the rapeseed table due to the absence of mechanical connections of the planetary drive with the side dividers;
• the side divider is turned on and off by simply turning the handle;
