In the line for the production of fried seeds, the cleaner-cooler is used at the first stage to clean from debris, ragweed and bugs, before frying the seeds on a gas roaster for frying seeds or an electric roaster. At the second stage, the cleaner-cooler is easily used to cool the fried seeds. In addition, it partially removes the black coating on your hands that remains after frying (in the cleaner, when the drum rotates, the seeds rub against themselves and the burnt villi quickly fall off the seeds and are separated from the total mass.

The operating principle of the cleaner-cooler is simple:
We bring the drum to a vertical position, open the lid, load the seed, close the lid, return the drum to a vertical position and turn on the drive. After the seed has been cleaned and cooled, open the hatch and tilt the drum with the hatch towards the floor surface. The seed itself pours out into the substituted container. All the garbage falls down.
Productivity – 120 kg / h, one load of 30 kg is cooled within 15 minutes.
After frying and cooling the seeds, they are packed in bags on a packaging semiautomatic.
