Soil rolling is a must-have tool for conservation agriculture to increase yields
After the passage of the roller, the soil is characterized by a crumbly structure and prevents the formation of a surface crust. The discs effectively break up clods without clogging as a result of soil sticking. After the passage, the soil becomes well crushed. It has an increased penetrating ability and pressure on the soil and at the same time provides high-quality mulching of the soil surface.
Ideal for pre-sowing, post-sowing and post-emergence rolling, while compacting the lower soil horizons as actively as possible without mixing and does not bring moisture to the surface.
High quality of the technological process is achieved with optimal soil moisture.
Soil compaction is an indispensable tool for conservation agriculture to increase yields.
The working width is 6 m, the mass of the roller is 2250 kg, it is equipped with spur discs made of cast iron with a diameter of 520 mm as a working body.
During the production of the ice rink, design changes were implemented to improve reliability and durability:
– adjustment of axial clearances of the working bodies without disassembling the bearing assembly;
– strengthening the frame in highly loaded nodes;
– increasing the rigidity of the rink structure by installing stretch marks;
– use of quick-release connections;
– the use of an improved design of the hinged frame.
