Soil rolling is a must-have tool for conservation agriculture to increase yields

The use of a combination of two working bodies – a spur disk and a toothed ring, made it possible to make the roller a universal and highly efficient unit due to finer grinding of clods of earth. A gear ring is installed between the spur discs for self-cleaning of the working bodies due to the oscillatory rotation of the gear ring.

After the passage, the soil is characterized by a crumbly structure and prevents the formation of a surface crust.

The roller is suitable for heavy to medium-heavy soils.

Working width 9.2 m, weight of the roller 3900 kg, equipped with spur discs made of cast iron with a diameter of 520 mm and gear rings with a diameter of 550 mm made of cast iron, aggregated with class 1.4 tractors.

The use of a combination of two working bodies – an annular-spur disk Ф520 and a ring of a gear KPC Ф530 made it possible to make the roller a universal and highly efficient unit due to:

– finer grinding of clods of earth. A toothed ring is installed between the annular-spur discs;

– more compact soil compaction.

– self-cleaning of the working bodies due to the oscillatory movement of the gear ring.

The skating rink was created on the basis of the design of the KZK-6P rink.

In the production of the ice rink, design changes were implemented to improve reliability and durability:

-use of annular-spur discs Ф520 mm in combination with toothed rings КЗК Ф530;

-adjustment of axial clearances of the working bodies without disassembling the bearing assembly;

-hardening of the frame in highly loaded nodes;

-increasing the rigidity of the rink structure due to stretch marks;

-use of quick-release connections;

-application of an improved design of the hinged frame assembly.
