The principle of operation of the Auger dispenser with a lower hopper location:

The operator places an empty bag on the platform and presses the “START” button either on the control unit or on the remote button;
The auger dispenser turns on and the specified dose is formed and (rough, then fine finishing is carried out);
Auger feed of the product provides greater productivity when working with powdery products;
The operator places the package or container on the electronic scale.
When the operator presses the dosing start button, the electric drive sets the auger in motion and, rotating, it moves the product into the package placed on the scale;
The package is filled, creates an impact on the scale platform, to which the load cell is attached, which in turn sends a signal to the control unit, which, based on the signal received from the scale, controls the process of filling the package to the set weight. To increase productivity, rough dosing is carried out first, and then fine dosing. All this happens automatically:
