The principle of operation of the dispenser:

We fill the dosed product into the hopper. We set the weight we need. For example, if we need a weight of 1 kg, then we set a weight of 950 g for rough filling, and a weight of 50 g for precise filling. This means that the dispenser at a higher vibration level (amplitude) and, accordingly, will give us 950 g, and at a low vibration (amplitude) and, accordingly, the feed will fill 50 g. This is done in order to increase the product dosing speed without losing dosing accuracy. In addition to adjusting the product dosing speed using electronics, we can also use the impactor on the hopper to adjust the thickness of the product flow that will go through the vibrating tray. After we set the weight, we press the button, we send a signal to the electromagnetic installed on the vibrating tray, and the product begins to flow into the weighing hopper. The weight of the product is formed in a weighing hopper, which is attached to a strain gauge beam, which, as the hopper is filled with coarse filler, switches to the fine filler mode. After filling the hopper, it opens either automatically or when a button is pressed. The product is poured into a container or bag. The height of the dispenser is 1.9 m, the hopper has a volume of 70 l.
