Es kann auch nach der Aussaat verwendet werden, was dazu beitr\u00e4gt, freundlichere S\u00e4mlinge zu erhalten und die Vegetation zu beschleunigen.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr alle Bodenarten geeignet.<\/p>\n<p>Nutzungsvorteile:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Die Feldoberfl\u00e4che ebnen und Klumpen aufbrechen;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Verbesserung des Kontakts der Samen mit dem Boden;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Feuchtigkeitsspeicherung;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Verringerung der Bodenerosion sowie Verbesserung der Bodenstruktur.<\/p>\n<h3>Bodenwalzen ist ein unverzichtbares Instrument der ressourcenschonenden Landwirtschaft zur Steigerung der Produktivit\u00e4t.<\/h3>\n<p>Eine Besonderheit der Walze ist die Verwendung eines keilf\u00f6rmigen KZK-Rings mit vergr\u00f6\u00dfertem Durchmesser und frei beweglichen Ringen. Zwischenzahnringe KZK F470, frei drehbar<strong><em>&nbsp; Ringe, was die Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit, Haltbarkeit und Wartbarkeit der Eisbahn deutlich erh\u00f6ht.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die Verwendung von Keilringen KZK F460 mit Zahnkr\u00e4nzen KZK F470 erm\u00f6glichte es, die Eisbahn zu einer hocheffizienten Einheit zu machen, und zwar aus folgenden Gr\u00fcnden:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Beseitigung der Wirkung des \u201eErdkamms\u201c aufgrund einer Vergr\u00f6\u00dferung des Durchmessers der Arbeitsk\u00f6rper;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; dichtere Bodenverdichtung. Das Gewicht der Eisbahn ist im Vergleich zur Eisbahn KZK-10P-01 um 600 kg erh\u00f6ht.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; vollst\u00e4ndigeres Zerkleinern schwerer Erdklumpen.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend der Herstellung der Eisbahn wurden strukturelle \u00c4nderungen zur Erh\u00f6hung der Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit und Haltbarkeit vorgenommen:<\/p>\n<p>-Einstellung des Axialspiels der Arbeitsk\u00f6rper ohne Demontage der Lagereinheit;<\/p>\n<p>-St\u00e4rkung des Rahmens in stark belasteten Knoten;<\/p>\n<p>-Erh\u00f6hung der Steifigkeit der Eisbahnstruktur aufgrund von Dehnungsstreifen;<\/p>\n<p>-Verwendung von Schnellverschlussverbindungen;<\/p>\n<p>-Anwendung des verbesserten Designs der Scharnierrahmenbaugruppe.<\/p>\n<p>Die Behandlung des Bodens mit diesem Schlittschuh verbessert den Feuchtigkeitszufluss zum Saatgut, verringert seine Verdunstung, verbessert den Kontakt des Saatguts mit dem Boden und beschleunigt seine Keimung, was zu einem optimalen Auflaufen der S\u00e4mlinge und einer nachhaltigen
