Und auch gro\u00dfe Erdklumpen werden zerst\u00f6rt.<\/p>\n<p>Die Besonderheit des Designs des Dichtungsschiebers erm\u00f6glicht es Ihnen, die Arbeitsbreite des Griffs durch einfaches An- oder Abschrauben der Scheiben dazwischen anzupassen, was die Verwendung zusammen mit einem Pflug jeder Griffbreite erm\u00f6glicht. Die gro\u00dfe Dicke der Scheiben im Hauptverschlei\u00dfbereich sorgt f\u00fcr eine lange Lebensdauer der Siegelwalze.<\/p>\n<p>Die Form der Scheiben und ihr Profil weisen eine einzigartige Art der Verbindung untereinander auf und garantieren h\u00f6chste Festigkeit und Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit der Waffe sowie geringen Verschlei\u00df auch bei Arbeiten auf steinigen B\u00f6den. Da bei der Konstruktion des Dichtschiebers keine Mittelachse vorhanden ist, ist eine Verstopfung des Ringzwischenraums durch Erde ausgeschlossen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus sorgt der zus\u00e4tzliche Einbau von harten, verschlei\u00dffesten Abstreifern in Form eines Gummivliesbandes f\u00fcr einen verstopfungsfreien Betrieb der Walze. Der Abstand der Scheiben in einer Reihe betr\u00e4gt 200 mm und der Abstand der Eisbahn betr\u00e4gt 100 mm.<\/p>\n<p>Der Schlitten wird f\u00fcr die Arbeit in der Anh\u00e4ngerkupplung mit einem Wendepflug oder an der Vorderradaufh\u00e4ngung eines Traktors mit einem Scheibendurchmesser von 700 mm und einem Profil von 45 Grad geliefert.<\/p>\n<p>Die Nachlaufdeichsel der Walze ist in L\u00e4nge und H\u00f6he verstellbar. Der Verbindungspunkt der Deichsel zum Fangkorb des Schlittens ist in der H\u00f6he verstellbar und kann f\u00fcr unterschiedliche Pflugtiefen eingestellt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Pflug mit Walze<\/p>\n<p><strong>Diese Kombination ist effektiv und spart mindestens eine Traktor\u00fcberfahrt bei der zuk\u00fcnftigen Vorbereitung vor der Aussaat.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mit einem Druck von mehr als 70 kg auf jedes Rad dringen die keilf\u00f6rmigen Scheiben m\u00fchelos durch die Furchen des Pfluges und zerkleinern gleichzeitig Klumpen, ebnen und verdichten den Boden.
