Aus Sicherheitsgr\u00fcnden muss die Bedienperson anschlie\u00dfend die Taster (7) mit beiden H\u00e4nden bet\u00e4tigen; dadurch wird der Deckel (5) auf den Arbeitstisch (3) abgesenkt. Sobald der Deckel (5) abgesenkt ist, formen die Werkzeuge (4) den Schuh\u00fcberzug entsprechend der gew\u00fcnschten Kontur. W\u00e4hrend des Produktionszyklus werden die Formwerkzeuge (4) mittels Impulsheizung erhitzt, wodurch die Trenn- und Siegeln\u00e4hte erzeugt werden. Anschlie\u00dfend folgt eine Haltezeit, in der sowohl die Werkzeuge als auch das Produkt abk\u00fchlen k\u00f6nnen. Sobald die N\u00e4hte geformt sind und die Bauteile abgek\u00fchlt sind, kehrt die Abdeckung (5) in ihre urspr\u00fcngliche, angehobene Position zur\u00fcck.
