Ein Vibrationssieb mit Aspiration dient der hochwertigen und schnellen Sortierung von N\u00fcssen in gro\u00dfen Mengen. Die Anlage wird in industriellen Produktions- und Verarbeitungsbetrieben eingesetzt.<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>Vorteile eines Vibrationssiebes mit Aspiration:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Spart Zeit und erm\u00f6glicht eine Reduzierung des manuellen Reinigungs- und Sortiervorgangs um 80 % (je nach Qualit\u00e4t der Nuss).<\/li>\n<li>Die optimale Leistung der Anlage erm\u00f6glicht den Dauerbetrieb mit jedem Nussknacker.<\/li>\n<li>Das Vorhandensein einer Vibrationszufuhr gew\u00e4hrleistet eine konstante Versorgung mit N\u00fcssen aus dem Trichter ohne manuellen Eingriff.<\/li>\n<li>Ersetzt zwei separate Installationen \u2013 sortiert gleichzeitig den Kernel nach Gr\u00f6\u00dfe und entfernt Shells, Partitionen und Tr\u00fcmmer.<\/li>\n<li>Das Sortieren in Fraktionen erh\u00f6ht die Kosten des Nusskerns auf dem Markt.<\/li>\n<li>Die automatische Sortierung der N\u00fcsse senkt die Arbeitskosten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Funktionsprinzip:<\/b> Waln\u00fcsse werden in einen Trichter gef\u00fcllt und dann mithilfe einer Vibrationszufuhr in Siebe mit unterschiedlich gro\u00dfen L\u00f6chern geleitet. Bei der Vibration f\u00e4llt die Mutter in L\u00f6cher entsprechend ihrer Gr\u00f6\u00dfe.
