Eine Hammerm\u00fchle ist eine Ausr\u00fcstung, die zum Mahlen von trockenen Sch\u00fcttg\u00fctern, Pulvern, pharmazeutischen Granulatzus\u00e4tzen, Chemikalien, trockenen Kr\u00e4utern und Wurzeln usw. verwendet wird.<\/p>\n

Die Grundlage des Arbeitsmechanismus der M\u00fchle sind Metallplatten (H\u00e4mmer) aus haltbarem Metall.<\/p>\n

Das Funktionsprinzip der M\u00fchle<\/strong> basiert auf dem Mahlen des Produkts mit rotierenden H\u00e4mmern. Das Produkt aus dem Vorratstrichter gelangt in den Arbeitsbereich der M\u00fchle; der Trichter verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber ein Tor, mit dem Sie den Fluss des in die M\u00fchle eintretenden Produkts regulieren k\u00f6nnen. Nach dem Mahlen durchl\u00e4uft das Produkt ein Kalibriersieb und landet in einem Beutel, der am Mahlwerkrahmen befestigt wird.<\/p>\n

Um Staub (feine Partikel des zerkleinerten Produkts) zu sammeln, kann die M\u00fchle mit einem Staubsammelsystem ausgestattet werden.<\/p>\n

Die Hammerm\u00fchle<\/strong> ist gut geeignet, um eine fein gemahlene, staubige Fraktion zu erhalten. Die Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der Fraktion kann durch die Drehzahl der H\u00e4mmer und Siebe eingestellt werden. Mit einer Hammerm\u00fchle k\u00f6nnen Sie k\u00f6rnige Produkte, K\u00f6rner, verschiedene Kr\u00e4uter, Wurzeln, Samen mahlen, um Tabletten, kristalline Materialien wie Salz, Zucker, Kohle, Kreide usw. zu erhalten.<\/p>\n
